Our Couch to 5K Training Program is a 9-week program designed to improve your fitness level from sedentary to participating in the many great road races Cape Cod has to offer, including the HPHP 5k – the Run/Walk for Heart Health.
To expand upon the partnership between the National Parks Service and Cape Cod Healthcare, we have created this 9-week self-guided training program. If you aren't able to exercise along the many trails throughout the Cape Cod National Seashore, this can be done anywhere.
