Falmouth Hospital Volunteering
Make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Falmouth Hospital opened its doors on May 28th, 1963, but its volunteers/auxiliary had been flourishing long before that day. Founded in 1957, these special people have continuously supported Falmouth Hospital by offering their compassionate and caring services to our patients and hospital staff.
Volunteering provides a sense of accomplishment and an opportunity to continue the tradition of caring that distinguishes Falmouth Hospital as one of America s Exceptional Hospitals. The new volunteer is often paired with an experienced person who helps them to feel comfortable and confident with the services they will be providing.
Falmouth Hospital also provides a Junior Volunteer program over the Summer months for students between the ages of 15 through 17.
