Cape Cod Healthcare could not achieve its mission without the generous contributions of individuals, groups and corporations who have committed their time and resources in innovative and creative ways. Whether it’s hosting a golf tournament, art show, or running a 5K to support CCHC, Community Fundraising is one important way individuals and groups are coming together to support THEIR community health system.

Thank you to those who have hosted a community fundraiser to support CCHC!

How you can help

While proceeds from any event go towards helping individuals and families have access to the quality healthcare, it's not the only way Community Fundraising helps Cape Cod Healthcare.

Building awareness: Community Fundraisers build awareness of our mission as well as high-light different programs and areas of need. Your work draws attention and helps introduce Cape Cod Healthcare to a whole new audience.

Taking the next step: Did your event motivate others to take action? Did your event provide a positive experience for a business or corporate sponsor who would now like to be involved with Cape Cod Healthcare on a larger level? It may be as simple as gathering a mailing list or introducing Cape Cod Healthcare to a future major gift donor.
