Insurance and Coverage

Do you accept my health insurance?

Cape Cod Healthcare accepts nearly all major insurance plans. Your level of coverage depends on your individual benefit plan. Check with your insurance company for details about your coverage. The member services phone number is usually listed on the back of your insurance card.

How do I know what my insurance will cover?

Your health insurer is the best source of information based on your coverage, deductible and benefits. For cost estimates, please call 774-470-5436. My service is not covered, what does this mean?

This means you will be charged for the total cost of the service. Contracted rates and discounts do not apply to non-covered services.

Do you offer discounts?

Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital offer a 10% discount to patients who make payment either prior to, on the day of service, or within 15 days of receiving the first statement.
