NEW! Two-Factor Verification for Enhanced MyChart Security
Beginning March 27, 2025, Cape Cod Healthcare will enable two-step verification by default when logging into MyChart as an added precaution to secure personal information, and this will be a required process as of May 21, 2025. Patients will enter a verification code when logging into their account and will have the option to receive their unique verification code by text or email. Third Party Application Connection Requests
Cape Cod Healthcare is pleased to offer the ability for you to extract pertinent inpatient, observation, emergency department and same day surgery data with a third-party application of your choice. If you are interested in using a separate patient health management application and would like to request this connection to our systems, please fill out the form below. Once submitted, your requested application will be evaluated for technical specifications and if compatible, we will contact you to complete the connection.
