We provide services across Cape Cod

At the Cape Cod Healthcare Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Center in Bourne,we offer state-of-the-art hyperbaric oxygen therapy—one of the most advanced treatments available for healing wounds. Patients who receive this therapy breathe pure oxygen in an enclosed chamber, which helps increase blood oxygen levels and promote growth of blood vessels in damaged tissues.

At the Cape Cod Healthcare Wound Care Center in Hyannis, we offer specialized, convenient care by staff trained in multiple treatment methods.

We also provide wound care services through the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod. We provide treatment, in your home, by certified wound care nurses who assess and care for wounds according to your physician's treatment plan. Patients who are homebound have access to exemplary care from Plymouth to Provincetown.

The VNA also has wound ostomy continence nurses (CWOCN) to provide consultation and recommend treatment options for wounds and specialty fitting and ostomy care. The CWOCN has advanced training and education in state-of-the-art treatments for wounds and ostomies and works in collaboration with the physician and members of the VNA team to ensure positive outcomes.

CCHC Wound Care Services utilizes a multi-disciplinary team approach and follows the latest in treatments for healing your wounds.
