Physicians Accepting New Patients

A Primary Care Physician (PCP) is your partner in health, providing coordinated care for your well-being. From annual physicals and recommended screenings and immunizations to addressing symptoms that need treatment, your PCP is backed by the full resources and technology of the Cape Cod Healthcare system. If specialized care is needed, your PCP will refer you to a specialist and will be updated regarding your treatment and care. At Cape Cod Healthcare, our primary care team consists of both physicians as well as advanced practice clinicians (APC), working together to provide comprehensive care.

If you are seeking options for primary care, please note:

  • If you would like to establish your care with Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod (Cape Cod Healthcare's employed providers medical group), please call the new patient coordinator team at 833-224-2362. You can also schedule an appointment online through MyChart with select primary care providers. If you do not have a MyChart account, you can still book an appointment using our open scheduling option.
  • If you are seeking infant care for a newborn, please see our specific information on Physicians Accepting Newborns [PDF], which provides a listing of pediatricians and family medicine physicians that are accepting new patients.
