Meds to Go sends your prescriptions to the Cape Cod Healthcare Pharmacy and has them ready to go when you're ready to leave the hospital.
Getting Meds to Go is easy.
Request Meds to Go
Notify your provider or healthcare team that you would like to fill your prescriptions at the CCHC Pharmacy and we’ll have them ready for you when you leave.
Pick up and pay
When you are ready, pick up your prescriptions at the CCHC Pharmacy. Or, if you are an admitted patient preparing for discharge, you may choose curbside delivery and we’ll bring your prescriptions to you.
Prescription co-pay required. Credit card required for curbside delivery.
Meds to Go is available to all hospital patients, as well as patients receiving care in the following areas: Oncology, Emergency Department, Outpatient Surgery, Behavioral Health, Urgent Care, Medical & Specialty Practices, and JML Care Center.
