The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs at CCHC are comprehensive programs designed to help people cope with lung conditions, including:
- Emphysema
- Lung Cancer (pre & post surgery)
- Pulmonary Fibrosis
When enrolled in the program, you will benefit from a team dedicated to your pulmonary care, under the direction of a Pulmonologist. A healthcare professional like your Primary Care Physician, Pulmonologist or Cardiologist may refer you to the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. As a participant, you will join a small group for exercise and education.
