There is a treatment for COVID-19 and it’s available on Cape Cod.

If you recently tested positive, there is a one-time treatment that can prevent your symptoms from getting worse and keep you out of the hospital. Monoclonal antibodies, or mAbs, are man-made proteins that help your body fight off the virus that causes COVID-19.

The truck in the Cape Cod Hospital lot is hard to miss. Blue with bold letters, it’s a harbinger of a treatment for COVID-19 that we can offer patients. Monoclonal antibody therapy is offered at Cape Cod Healthcare through this mobile unit, in partnership with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Positioned near the COVID-19 testing site, this temporary clinic will help patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 receive immediate treatment.

If you are interested in scheduling an appointment for mAbs treatment, please note the following next steps:

  1. Please request that your provider fax an order to 508-568-1650
  2. A member of our scheduling team will then contact you to schedule an appointment. For any questions regarding scheduling, please call:
