Community Outreach – the Cape Cod Healthcare Cancer Committee
Each calendar year, the Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital cancer committee outreach coordinators organize and offer cancer prevention and cancer screening programs. Each program is consistent with evidence-based national guidelines and has a formal process to follow up on all positive findings.

- Lung Cancer Screening – Primary Care Physician outreach and education
- Prostate Cancer Screening and Prevention – Primary Care Physician education / Radio presentation for community
