Remembering local loved ones with a Tree of Memories

VNA Tree of Memories

We sat down with Dale Green of Centerville to learn about her mother’s care journey and how Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice (VNA) provided much-needed compassion and support during their time of need.

For Dale, this guidance allowed for a smoother and less intrusive end of life experience for her mother, a gift she described as a true blessing.

As we approach the holiday season, Cape Cod Healthcare is honored to continue HopeHealth’s beloved Tree of Memories tradition of bringing together families, friends, and caregivers to remember lives, recognize loss, and celebrate the kindness and compassion of this community.

This December, at locations throughout Cape Cod, you are invited to join us as we celebrate your loved ones and their caregivers with Tree of Memories ceremonies, featuring seasonal trees decorated with seashells bearing the names of your family and friends.
