Richard Zelman, MD, FACC
The Cardiology Hospitalist Service at Cape Cod Hospital is directed by Richard Zelman, MD, FACC and features trained and certified cardiologists who specialize in caring for the hospitalized cardiology patient. Cape Cod Hospital currently has three Cardiology Hospitalists: Elissa Thompson, MD, Jennifer H. Ladner, MD and Karl Stajduhar, MD.
The new program provides around-the-clock access to exceptional, specialized cardiac care.
Karl Stajduhar, MD
Dr. Stajduhar is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He earned a medical degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA, and completed a residency in internal medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. He completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Walter Reed, and a fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, OR.
Jennifer H. Ladner, MD
Dr. Ladner is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, TX. She completed her residency at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX, and completed fellowships in Cardiology at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX, and Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Aurora, CO.
