Resources and Support

Bereavement & Grief Support

Grief is an individual process. There is no “right” way to grieve after the loss of a loved one. We can offer you support through this process and our resources are open to anyone in the community.

Through the VNA of Cape Cod, Cape Cod Healthcare offers a variety of free, supportive and educational services for adults and children coping with the loss of a loved one, including support for:

  • Individuals and families
  • Telephone support and regular mailings
  • Support groups
  • Workshops
  • Community outreach and education
  • Information and referrals to other resources

Our goal is to assist survivors with bereavement support, and assure your well-being. For more information, call Cape Cod Healthcare VNA Hospice at 508-957-7710.
