The 38-acre Hyannis waterfront campus includes a 20-bed Behavioral Health center with inpatient and outpatient mental health and behavioral health services, medical office buildings and Infectious Disease Clinical Services.

Hospital Amenities

Visitors to Cape Cod Hospital can self-park in well-lit lots or use our free, daytime valet service for convenient parking. We also have a complimentary shuttle service available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Patient information desks and security are located in both the Main Lobby on Park Street or the Mugar Lobby, which faces Bayview Street. The information desk can be reached by calling 508-862-5297.

The café at Cape Cod Hospital is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the Mugar Lobby. It is open seven days a week with hot and cold items, daily specials, a deli bar and salad bar. A snack bar is also available. The Casual Gourmet at Cape Cod Hospital has coffee, beverages, sandwiches and pastry available. It is located off the Main Lobby.

The Cape Cod Healthcare Pharmacy is located in the Main Lobby and is a full-service pharmacy, open to the public for prescription and over-the-counter medications.

A gift shop is also available for small gifts, newspapers and cards, off the Mugar Lobby.

Visiting a Patient

  • Cape Cod Hospital is a smoke-free facility
  • Please remember that every sound is magnified when you are ill, so please speak quietly while in the hospital
  • Visitors who are experiencing a cold or other mild illness are discouraged from visiting or asked to obtain a mask at the patient information desk
  • Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments or when a doctor or nurse needs to see the patient
