US News Awards JML for 2021-22JML Care Center® provides personal care and state-of-the-art treatment for patients facing post-hospital rehabilitation, long-term care, sub-acute and palliative care.

JML is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare, an independent, national organization recognizing the highest in quality healthcare. Our 132-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is located on the Falmouth Hospital campus and provides a transition for patients recovering from surgery or medical conditions requiring complex medical care.

From rehabilitation after a joint replacement, to stroke recovery, to skilled nursing care, JML serves a broad range of medical needs with a supportive, highly skilled award-winning staff.

In fact, JML Care Center recently earned the U.S. News & World Report designation of a Best Nursing Home for 2024 in their annual review of skilled nursing facilities.

JML Care Center is nationally recognized for providing superior care. And with the resources of Cape Cod Healthcare, we provide expert treatment for medically complex post-hospital patients. Since 1989, we’ve served those with complex medical needs through the following services:

  • Medical care with Physicians and Nurse Practitioners

JML specializes in complex care, including intensive rehabilitation following cardiac surgery or stroke. We serve patients who have multiple medical issues who are in need of more involved medical care.

Most rehabilitation patients are only at JML for a short stay – typically 14-30 days. This short post-hospital period can be critical in determining your long-term outcome.
