The CCHC Golf Performance Center offers a dedicated golf biomechanics program intended to help boost your score by gaining an understanding of how body mechanics affect your golf game. Led by two physical therapists, certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, we’ll work with you to develop a Golf Performance Fitness Program - a customized course that is tailored to each participant to improve mobility and form after spinal surgery or simply to establish safe and effective habits to avoid potential golf-related injuries.
