A one hour water fitness class (12 weeks recommended) taught by Physicial Therapist Assistants and Physicial Therapists focusing on strengthening chest, shoulder and back muscles. The goals are to increase lean muscle mass, prevent Lymphedema and frozen shoulder, reduce stress, improve function and provide interaction and socialization.
Approval by your physician must be obtained prior to participation in Water Pals II.
