Description

The Cape Cod Family Support Group welcomes persons with Myeloma, Leukemia, Lymphoma, MDS, WM and other hematologic malignancies. Open membership - family and friends welcome. Refreshments served. The group is facilitated by the Survivorship Program Manager and a Nurse Practitioner from the Davenport-Mugar Cancer Center at Cape Cod Hospital.

The group meets from 11:00am to 12:30pm on the 4th Thursday each month - except November and December - in the 2nd floor Board Room of the Rogers Outpatient Center on Route 28 in Mashpee.
