This is a one-time prenatal class for those unable to attend our series or if a “refresher” class is needed. Class includes a tour of the Family Birthplace at Cape Cod Hospital and hospital orientation. Topics cover the labor and birth process, hospital procedures, comfort techniques, pain management options, cesarean birth, and the postpartum period.
