Tuesdays 12:30 - 1:30pm - Cape Cod YMCA - West Barnstable
A weekly program on Tuesdays midday taught by Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants. Each class lasts one hour focusing on the total body: shoulders, trunk, hips and knees.
The goals are to increase lean muscle mass, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase range of motion, reduce stress on joints, improve function and provide interactions and socialization.
Approval by your physician must be obtained prior to participation in Joint Effort classes.
