Predictive Index Survey – Required for All New/Returning Applicants

As part of our recruitment process, all applicants are required to complete and submit a Predictive Index® Survey. This survey is a scientifically validated behavioral assessment that can be used to identify opportunities for selection and development. It is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers. In general, thesurvey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Only take the assessment when you are able to complete it in full. Do not click the back button once you have opened up the website as this may affect the results.

Once you submit your employment application you will receive an email which will provide a link to the survey.

Cape Cod Healthcare receives a large volume of applications and we regret that we are not always able to follow up personally with every applicant. Once your on-line application has been submitted, you will receive an email acknowledgement along with instructions on how to check the status of your application. If your skills and experience are determined to be a good match for the job requirements, you may be contacted by Human Resources to make arrangements for an interview.

Please note: Cape Cod Healthcare has recently implemented a new applicant tracking system. If you applied for employment prior to January 1, 2018, your previous application/profile is no longer available and you will need to complete a new application in its entirety.

Best wishes for success in your job search!
