Cape Cod Hospital (Med Surg Floors)

Mugar 3, 4, 5 and 6, along with North 3 and South 2, provide specialized inpatient care at Cape Cod Hospital, each focusing on distinct patient populations and clinical needs. From stroke recovery, oncology, and palliative care to surgical, trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgical, cardiac, and general medical-surgical services, these units deliver expert, multidisciplinary care in supportive healing environments. The Float Pool team enhances hospital-wide coverage by flexibly supporting all inpatient departments, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across units.

Falmouth Hospital (Med Surg Floors)

Falmouth Hospital’s four Med Surg units provide a full spectrum of inpatient care, each with a distinct focus. Med Surg 1 specializes in respiratory support and BiPAP therapy; Med Surg 2 delivers personalized, general medical-surgical care in a calm, supportive setting; Med Surg 3 focuses on surgical recovery, particularly orthopedic and total joint procedures; and Med Surg 4, the largest unit, provides versatile care for a wide range of medical and post-surgical patients.
