Tips:
- Highlight relevant experience, education, and certifications.
- Use action verbs to describe accomplishments (e.g., “managed,” “developed,” “assisted”).
- Keep it to 1–2 pages and use a clean, professional format.
- Include any volunteer or community work—especially if it’s relevant to healthcare.

Prepare for Your Interview
Being well prepared shows professionalism and confidence.
Before the Interview:
- Research Cape Cod Healthcare, our mission, and the department you’re applying to.

- You should have at least three questions prepared to ask your interviewer.
During the Interview:
