How the application process works
When you apply for a job at Cape Cod Healthcare, you will receive an email acknowledgment, along with instructions on how to monitor the status of your application. If your skills and experience are a good match for the job requirements, you may be invited for an interview.
Because we receive such a large volume of applications, we regret that we are unable to personally follow-up with every applicant.
As part of our recruitment process, all applicants are required to complete and submit a Predictive Index Survey, which is a scientifically validated behavioral assessment that can be used to identify opportunities for selection and development. It is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers. After you submit your application online, you’ll receive an email with a link to the survey, which takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
All job offers are contingent upon passing a background check, drug screen and physical assessment.
Cape Cod Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer, where equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace are standard.
All applicants are considered without regard to any protected group status, including, but not limited to, race, color, creed, religion, sex (except where it is a bona fide occupational qualification), national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability or medical condition, as defined by applicable equal opportunity laws.
