Honor the memory of a loved one at McCarthy Care Center

The Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice provides compassionate, skilled nursing services that assist terminally ill patients and their families. When increased symptoms cannot be managed safely at home, inpatient care is available at the McCarthy Care Center in Sandwich. This small inpatient facility provides short-term acute care for patients in need of additional help with pain and symptom management in a warm, soothing and home-like environment.

Honor the memory of your loved on or celebrate the life of someone who has made a difference with a commemorative granite stone placed in the McCarthy Center’s Memorial Garden Walk.

Please download the order form and return it with your gift to: Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation, PO Box 370, Hyannis, MA 02601. Proceeds benefit the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice.
