Caring for someone who has Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia can be a difficult physical, emotional, and mental challenge.

Your support of Celebrate Summer Memories will help us continue to provide critical services to many Cape Cod families through our Dementia and Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support program.
