Michael Main

Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer

Michael Main was named Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Cape Cod Healthcare in 2025. Previously, he served as Vice President of Compliance at eClinicalWorks in Westborough, Massachusetts, where he played a key role in developing and implementing compliance programs and fostering a strong culture of ethics.

He has held leadership positions at UMass Memorial Health Care, Centene Corporation, Health Management Associates and Tenet Healthcare, where he led enterprise risk management initiatives, internal audits and compliance training programs.

Michael holds a Master of Business Administration in healthcare management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Central Florida.
