Kevin Hand

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Hand was named Chief Financial Officer for Cape Cod Healthcare in April 2026. In this role, Kevin is  responsible for accounting, financial reporting, cash and debt management, revenue cycle and preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets for all CCHC entities.

\With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare and financial fields, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his position. Since 2009, Kevin has steadily grown his career at Cape Cod Healthcare, progressing through several roles within the finance department, including as Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Director of Finance, and most recently, Controller. Prior to arriving at CCHC, Kevin served in multiple capacities in the financial services industry.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Saint Anselm College and completed his Master of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University.
