CCHC To Highlight Robotic Surgery, Rehab, Ortho at FRR Expo

VNA Blood Pressure Clinics to be Offered

As the Official Medical Care Provider of the New Balance Falmouth Road Race, Cape Cod Healthcare will feature a large booth during the upcoming New Balance Falmouth Road Race three-day expo. The expo will be held at the Falmouth High School Field House, on the following dates and times:

  • Thursday, August 9, 5 PM to 9 PM
  • Friday, August 10, 10 AM to 9 PM
  • Saturday, August 11, 9 AM to 6 PM

One of the expo highlights will be the interactive displays and demos offered with the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System. The da Vinci System brings the latest in minimally invasive surgical procedures to CCHC. The system is used in gynecological, urological, colorectal and thoracic surgery. Overall, da Vince patients experience less pain, fewer complications, less blood loss and quicker recoveries.

In addition, please stop by the CCHC booth during the expo to learn more about the following services:

    • Biodex Balance System; Posture Screenings; Feet Alignment; Shoe Recommendations; BMI screenings.
  • CCHC Orthopedics - Total Joint Center

      • Friday, August 10th: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 pm.
      • Saturday, August 11th: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m

As part of this official partnership with the New Balance Falmouth Road Race, CCHC will fully manage and staff the three medical tents and first aid stations along the course and at the finish. There will be an additional medical area on the ball field this year to tend to any issues that may arise for spectators or runners as they cool down. In addition, Falmouth Hospital will provide much needed parking spots for official road race needs on the day of the race.
