Join the HPHP 5K – A run/walk for heart health

Join Cape Cod Healthcare, the Cape Cod National Seashore and Koko FitClubs of Cape Cod to run or walk for heart health.

NAUSET REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
100 CABLE ROAD, EASTHAM

Proceeds from this fun family event will benefit the Cape Cod Healthcare Cardiac Rehabilitation Program and Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore.

The HPHP 5K starts at Nauset Regional High School and continues through the Cape Cod National Seashore. This on- and off-road course is a fun run/walk to promote fitness and support the goals of Cape Cod Healthcare and the National Park Service to keep people healthy. Runners and walkers can also participate in a one-mile race to celebrate their fitness.

Adult: $25.00 online (plus fee)/ $30.00 on site

Student (11-18): $20.00 online (plus fee)/ $25.00 on site

Child (10 & under): $15.00 online (plus fee) / $20.00 on site

Online registration is open through September 19. On-site registration and bib pickup will be available on race day beginning at 8 a.m. at Nauset High School. Walkers are welcome. Those with running strollers, please start in the back. No dogs, please.

Dry-wick race shirts are available for the first 250 registered.

Bib Pick-up

  • Thursday, September 20, 4-6 p.m., at Marathon Sports, 484 Station Ave, Yarmouth
  • Friday, September 21, 4-6 p.m., at Koko Fit Club, 50 Brackett Road, Eastham
  • Saturday, September 22, at Nauset Regional High School beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Parking

All race day parking will be at Nauset Regional High School, 100 Cable Road, Eastham, MA.

Celebrate your achievement

Race participants, family and friends are invited to join our post-race awards ceremony at Hog Island Brewery, 28 West Road, Orleans, beginning at 10:30.

Awards will be given to:

  • Top 3 Overall Male and Female
  • 1st place Male and Female in the following age groups:
  • 10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
  • Awards for 1 mile: top 3 male and female
