National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers

Both Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital hold independent Breast Program accreditations through the American College of Surgeons’ National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).  To be accredited, programs must meet rigorous standards and review of comprehensive breast care including breast imaging programs, surgical services, oncology services and supportive care. Cape Cod Healthcare received a full 3-year accreditation for Stereotactic Breast Biopsy Services from the American College of Radiology in October 2023.
