Cape Cod Healthcare provides a continuum of high-quality, comprehensive rehabilitation services. Our programs begin in the acute care setting and continue through sub-acute, home and outpatient rehabilitation. By spanning all levels of care in a variety of settings, we ensure an effective rehabilitation experience for every patient.

Treatment Plans

Skilled Team

Highly-skilled and experienced staff includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech/language pathologists, cardiac nurses, exercise physiologists and therapy assistants who use state-of-the-art equipment to provide care to our patients. Our facilities include aquatic therapy pools, as well as biofeedback, electrical stimulation and high-tech exercise equipment. Access to all hospital services and resources from radiology to pain management, from nutrition to laboratory services.
