Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital offer a wide range of services to make your stay a comfortable, healing experience. If you or your family members and friends require services not listed here, please inform your nurse. Cape Cod Healthcare is a fragrance-free environment.
Areas for parking around the hospitals are well marked. Valet parking is available at Cape Cod Hospital free of charge for patients and visitors. Valet service can be accessed at the main entrance, the Davenport-Mugar Cancer Center, the O'Keefe Surgical Pavilion and the Mugar Building entrance on Bayview Street. Complimentary shuttle bus service is also available for transport to and from your car Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Patient/Visitor Information Desk
The information desk is located in the main lobby areas of the hospitals. Another information desk is also located in the Lilly Lobby at Falmouth Hospital. The information desks provide information regarding locations within the hospital and patient locations. Wheelchairs are available at the information desks for ease of access for both patients and visitors. To reach the information desk at Cape Cod Hospital, call 508-862-5297. Visiting a Patient
- Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital are smoke-free facilities.
- Please remember that every sound is magnified when you are ill, so please speak quietly while in the hospital.
- Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments or when a doctor or nurse needs to see the patient.
Cafeteria and Snack Bars
The cafeteria at Cape Cod Hospital is located on the ground level of the Mugar Building. The cafeteria at Falmouth Hospital is located on the basement level. Both are open seven days a week and offer hot and cold items, daily specials, a deli bar and salad bar. A snack bar is also located within each hospital. The Casual Gourmet at Cape Cod Hospital is located next to the front entrance, and the Beach Plum Bakery at Falmouth Hospital is located off the hallway to the right as you enter the main entrance area. Both shops offer soups, sandwiches, bakery items and beverages.
Gift shops are located at both hospitals, just off the main lobby areas. They offer cards, newspapers, magazines, personal care items, flowers and gifts.
