My Patient Portal
We are pleased to offer a patient portal to our patients. This portal is designed to enhance your physician experience by enabling you and your provider to communicate remotely. In most cases, physicians/providers enrolled with you and the portal will respond to messages from you within two working days.
Please talk with your provider about the value of the patient portal and how it can be of assistance to you in your overall care. Your provider will explain the different types of communications which are possible through the patient portal.
Not all of the MACC practices currently utilize this patient portal. The patient portal capability and the features offered through the portal will increase over time.
Please note: The portal is not intended for urgent or emergent care issues. If you have an emergency, please call 911 immediately. For urgent health issues, please call your physician’s office.
Secure access to the patient portal requires a brief registration. Please proceed with the registration process to begin your patient portal experience. The portal will respond to messages from you within two working days.
