This 132-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is located on the Falmouth Hospital campus. JML Care Center provides exceptional sub-acute care, rehabilitation, long-term care and palliative care in a modern and spacious setting. JML is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is JCAHO accredited.

The mission of the CCHC Senior Services affiliates is to respond to the unique needs of older adults in our community with health complications as well as those who are more independent, though a full and seamless continuum of care.
