Press Ganey Recognizes Significant FH ED Improvement
Congratulations to the Falmouth Hospital Emergency Department physicians and staff for achieving an improvement of 4.4m Mean Score points in Overall Emergency Department Satisfaction on the January 1, 2011 Press Ganey report. This is a statistically significant improvement for Falmouth Hospital, and the result of hard work and dedication to quality improvement. In a letter to the staff, Kelly Hofferth, Improvement Manager for Press Ganey Associates, said: "You should be very proud of your organization's achievements."
