Q. Where do I send my donation? How do I make out the check?
A. You may send your check to Post Office Box 370, Hyannis, MA 02601. Please make the check payable to Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation.
Q. How do I make a donation in honor/memory of someone?
A. If you would like to make a gift in honor/memory of someone and would like for Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation to send a letter acknowledging that a gift has been made to your recipient, you will be asked to provide the name of the honoree, and the name and address of the letter recipient.
Q. Is my gift tax-deductible?
A. Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation is a nonprofit charity and is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, therefore your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent provided by law. Our federal tax identification number is 04-3475950. You should consult your financial planner or tax adviser to determine the exact tax advantages of any gift you are considering. Q. What is "Non-Profit Pending" on my online credit card statement?
A. While your gift is pending during the first 24-48 hours after you make your online transaction, Non-Profit Pending will appear on your statement. Once the transaction has been successfully processed, your statement will read "Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation."
