When Eleanor Brayton of Barnstable had a total hip replacement in February 2005, she feared her days of digging in the garden might be over. However, thanks to the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Cape Cod, a key part of Cape Cod Healthcare’s continuum of care, she’s now back on her feet.
Eleanor began therapy the day after she came home from the hospital and now walks with a cane and attends outpatient physical therapy.
