During a pre-surgical home visit, a Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Cape Cod physical therapist comes to your home on behalf of Cape Cod Healthcare and assesses your post-operative needs. Whether you should temporarily remove an area rug that may cause you to fall or require a raised toilet seat for comfort after surgery, our therapist will offer helpful advice. The therapist will even connect you to community resources that can set up any assistive devices you may need during your recovery.
