Fulfilling the Promise
Cape Cod Healthcare's current capital campaign initiative, “Fulfilling the Promise”, also
includes money previously raised during Cape Cod Hospital's “For Our Health/For Our
Future” capital campaign and Falmouth Hospital's “Putting Patients First” capital campaign.
With your continued philanthropic support, “Fulfilling the Promise” is raising over
$100,000,000 to ensure all patients of Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital and the
Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod receive top quality care, close to home. The
Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation is most appreciative of the following donors for
