Planned Giving
The Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation Office of Gift Planning
established the Beacon Society to honor
individuals who have either created a life income gift plan or left a
bequest to Cape Cod Healthcare or one of its partner organizations — Cape
Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital and the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape
Cod.
The name “Beacon Society”represents those who are making a commitment that
will benefit our health care system in the future. As the beacon on a
lighthouse leads boats and ships to safety, our society members are
safeguarding the future of health care on Cape Cod.
The following individuals either created a life income gift or provided for
Cape Cod Healthcare through their will or estate plans between October 1,
2003 and September 30, 2004.
