Honor Roll of Donors
The Honor Roll of Donors recognizes the
thousands of individuals, families, corporations,
foundations and organizations that support
Cape Cod Healthcare and its partner
organizations – Cape Cod Hospital,
Falmouth Hospital and the Visiting Nurse
Association of Cape Cod.
Generously, you have chosen to support
Cape Cod Healthcare's mission to provide
top quality, easily accessible health care
services for all Cape Cod residents and
visitors. This philanthropic support is either
applied to specific projects and programs
throughout the organization, or, in many
cases, is unrestricted and therefore is applied
to areas of greatest need at Cape Cod
Hospital, Falmouth Hospital and the Visiting
Nurse Association. The Cape Cod
Healthcare Foundation is grateful for each
gift we receive and is honored to be able to
demonstrate to you, our donor,
how valuable each of these gifts is to
Cape Cod Healthcare.
In addition to Annual Giving, new this year,

the Promise, Cape Cod Healthcare's capital
campaign initiative. You will also find separate
