Dry Needling

Next Step

For more information on services at Cape Cod Healthcare, call our Access Line at 877-CAPECOD or email us today.

Dry needling is a technique to treat myofascial pain. By inserting a “dry” needle – without medication – into areas of muscle known as trigger points, pain can be relieved or improve range of motion for patients.

Dry needling can control pain, reduce muscle tension and restore proper function of the motor end plates, the sites at which nerve impulses are transmitted to muscles.
