Andrew F. Childs, MD, Ph.D.

My family has been on Cape Cod since the late 1600's and Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital have been my family's hospitals for generations. My Dad drew his first breath at Cape Cod Hospital. My dear grandmother drew her last, at age 91,at Falmouth Hospital. Itreat every patient as if they were family, friend  or neighbor, and many are.

Following residency at Yale and fellowships at Dana Farber, MGH and U-Mass Medical Center Ijoined the radiology group at Falmouth Hospital where I have practiced for more than 10 years. My specialties include cross sectional body imaging (including women's imaging), non-vascular interventional radiology and nuclear medicine.

My spare time is spent raising my wonderful 10 year old son. I coach Falmouth Youth Baseball where we were runners-up in the AA division tournament this year and am active in the Falmouth Public School system including membership on the Teaticket School Council.
