Cape Cod Healthcare provides a continuum of high quality, comprehensive rehabilitation services. Our programs begin in the acute care setting and continue through sub-acute, home and outpatient rehabilitation. By spanning all levels of care in a variety of settings, we ensure an effective rehabilitation experience for every patient.

Treatment Plans
Cape Cod Healthcare's integrated approach to rehabilitation is designed to facilitate the best possible recovery for each patient. Skilled Team
Highly skilled and experienced staff includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech/language pathologist, cardiac nurses, exercise physiologists and therapy assistants who use state-of-the-art equipment to provide care to our patients. Our facilities include aquatic therapy pools, as well as biofeedback, electrical stimulation and high-tech exercise equipment. Access to all hospital services and resources from radiology to pain management, from nutrition to laboratory services.
