Chief Development Officer
Kevin Ralph is Chief Development Officer for Cape Cod Healthcare. Prior to his arrival at CCHC in 2014, he was Chief Development Officer at the American Red Cross New Jersey Region. Before his time there, he was Chief Development Officer at Matheny Medical & Educational Center in Peapack, NJ, one of the nation’s premier teaching hospitals and schools serving individuals with medically-complex developmental disabilities.
Earlier in his career, Kevin was Assistant Vice President for Development at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania, where he led fundraising efforts for the seven schools and colleges that comprise the university’s main campus. Prior to his time there, he was responsible for fundraising for several institutes and centers at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He began his career at his alma mater, Drew University in Madison, NJ, where he served as Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach while working full-time in the development and alumni relations office. He was inducted into Drew’s Athletic Hall of Fame in September 2011. In 2008, Mr. Ralph completed the Management Development Program at Harvard University.
