Dianne C. Kolb, MHCA, RN, NE-BC
President and CEO, VNA of Cape Cod
Ms. Kolb has been President/CEO of the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod since May 2005. The VNA of Cape Cod, one of the largest regional home care and hospice agencies, maintains a daily census of more than 2,400 patients. Nearly 700 employees provide comprehensive home care and hospice services from Provincetown to Plymouth, and to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
Prior to joining the VNA, Ms. Kolb served in the same capacity for Genesis Health System Home Health Services in Davenport, Iowa, from 1983-2005, where she was responsible for a regional home health services agency which consisted of a certified home health and hospice agency, hospice house, home medical equipment retail and home care business, private duty agency, a long term care/infusion therapy and own use pharmacy and a travel health business.
Ms. Kolb previously held various hospital nursing positions in the Emergency and Radiology departments. She earned her RN diploma from Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She also earned her Bachelor’s Degree and her MHCA from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. She is certified as a Nurse Executive by the American Nurses Association.
